For educators and trainers

Train with confidence.
Teach with purpose.
Prepare yourself, current and evolving workforce
to step into the emerging green economy.

Teach the skills the new economy needs.

Where educators learn to lead the change, with the skills and the confidence they deserve and need.

Sustainability education is increasingly vital in global curricula. UNESCO's Greening Education Partnership targets 90% of countries to incorporate climate change into national curricula by 2030. However less than 40% of teachers feel confident teaching about it, despite 95% recognizing its importance. Our training equips staff with the skills and confidence to meet these requirements and foster interdisciplinary collaboration. (UNESCO, Greening Curriculum Guidance, 2024)

Stay ahead . . . Ride the wave of curriculum change

A new wave is reaching the classroom

From September 2028, England’s new National Curriculum will strengthen climate and sustainability education. The government’s official response to the Curriculum and Assessment Review commits to “improve climate and sustainability education, in the relevant subjects.”

Climate content will grow in geography, science and citizenship, sustainability will join design and technology, and key climate concepts will start at primary level. The DfE also set the goal for every school to have a sustainability lead and a climate action plan by 2025.

A new wave rolls on towards the shores of new economy

The green economy generates over $5 trillion a year, and green revenues are growing twice as fast as conventional business. (World Economic Forum, 2026; London Stock Exchange Group, 2026)

In 1946, at the dawn of the atomic age, Albert Einstein warned that humanity had reached a turning point: “A new type of thinking is essential if mankind is to survive and move toward higher levels.”  — Albert Einstein, The New York Times, 1946

Today we stand at another tipping point. The climate crisis is reshaping our world, and once again our thinking must change. Ellen MacArthur shows us where that new thinking leads:

“If we could build an economy that would use things rather than use them up, we could build a future.”
— Dame Ellen MacArthur, Founder of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation

Tomorrow’s problems won’t be solved with today’s thinking. Linear consumption must give way to circular design.— Kudizi

That shift is already reshaping business. Prosperity Village prepares you to train your workforce for the changes ahead, so your teams think in regenerative system designs for circularity and are ready when the wave reaches your shore.

For staff

Bringing sustainability into the heart of your subjects to ensure your students are future ready

2 facilitators come to you

3 hours : Prosperity village - an interactive in person simulation

Groups of 12-60 people

We need a room big enough for the group to move around freely, with a projector, desks and chairs, and a side space to do group activity

We lead it, or you do

Our facilitators bring Prosperity Village to your school or organisation, or we train your team to run it themselves.

An example of what this might look like:

Day one Morning: Prosperity Village (3 hours)
An interactive simulation where teams lead, communicate and collaborate to build a thriving village. Every choice ripples across people, planet and prosperity, and players discover why others choose differently.

Afternoon: Design the future (3 hours)
Inspired by biomimicry and circular design, teams turn the morning’s experience into fresh ideas. Nature has solved many of the problems we face; here, teams learn from it.

Day two (optional) Reflect and plan
Teams reflect on what they learned and turn their insights into a clear, practical strategy to take forward.

What each group takes away

For students
A day of play, discovery and hope. Students leave understanding how systems connect, with the confidence to shape their own future. On day two, they create their own action plan for their school or community.

For staff
A shared experience that builds confidence and connects departments. On day two, your team creates a strategy for bringing sustainability into every subject, ready for the curriculum changes ahead.

For businesses and trainers
Hands-on practice in leadership, communication and collaboration, with sustainability at its heart. On day two, your team leaves with a workshop-built strategy for sustainable growth, or a sustainability onboarding plan for new recruits.
